Lau Gar Kuen Kung Fu Southampton is a sophisticated and fascinating martial art that is both intense and elegant. With its rigorous hand and body conditioning, empty hand forms, two person drills, traditional weapons fighting and self defence techniques, it is easy to see why Lau Gar Kuen is Britain's most popular form of kung fu.
You could spend a lifetime learning the art, and always have new skills to acquire, new challenges to face.
The Forest-Edge Lau Gar Kung Fu Southampton club provides novices and experienced students with the highest quality of teaching, enabling each student to reach his or her full potential. As a registered instructor of the British Kung Fu Association, Lead instructor (Sifu) Robin Adams has studied the Lau Gar style since 1980, and trains with several Guardians of the style up and down the country.
As a Third Degree of Lau Gar Kuen, Robin has the experience and expertise needed to inspire and instruct others in the discipline, while continuing his own knowledge and training in the original Lau Gar kuen kung fu.
